I'm Cesar, and I'm the guy who shows up to clean your windows.

In 2018, I left Venezuela on my own, chasing better opportunities in the U.S. My family had already settled in Doral back in 2014, but my own path took me somewhere unexpected first: Bozeman, Montana, where I spent three years running my own window cleaning company, The Real Window Shine — learning the trade inside and out, one window at a time.

As our family grew, so did the pull to come home. In July 2026 we moved to Doral and launched Glassy — a fresh start in a new city, backed by years of hands-on experience out west. New name, same standards.

I know this city. I know the buildings, the heat, the hard water, the storms that roll through and leave streaks behind. Doral isn't just a service area to me — it's home. When you book with us, you're not hiring some faceless company. You're hiring a neighbor who's spent years perfecting this craft and who's going to treat your windows like they're his own.
