The Service
The site provides information about our window cleaning services and lets you request a quote. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract for work; pricing, scheduling, and scope of any job are confirmed separately in writing or by phone before work begins.
Quotes & Pricing
Pricing shown on the site is illustrative. Final pricing depends on details such as the number and type of windows, accessibility, height, and condition. Quotes we provide are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are confirmed by phone, text, or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so we can adjust the route for other customers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the site, scraping content for commercial use without permission, or using the quote form to send unsolicited messages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Glassy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glassy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
